This year, we’ve had enough of insecurities and shame about our own bodies. Life is short, and it’s time to live it fully!
Here are a few simple tips to help you embrace your body and sensuality.

Tip #1 – Exploration
How would you define the term sensuality? Do you see yourself in that definition? Or perhaps sensuality means something completely different to you? It’s also important to avoid judging yourself during this exploration. Everyone is unique, and what we find sensual or not can be just as unique.

Tip #2 – The mirror is your friend
This simple tip might seem challenging for some people, but the more you get familiar with your image, the more likely you are to find something you like about yourself. No more avoiding mirrors — take a good look at yourself, even under a magnifying glass if necessary! Look at your body from every angle, in all kinds of lighting, and get to know it.

Here’s a simple challenge to go along with this tip: every day, make it a point to find something you love about your body. It must be something new each day!

Tip #3 – Touch yourself…!
Now that you’ve taken the time to fully discover your body, it’s time to start touching yourself — and not necessarily in the way you might be thinking…!
You know those little rolls, folds, and stretch marks we don’t always love? We tend to shy away from those parts of our bodies, as if ignoring them will make them disappear.
Touching these areas will push your familiarity with your body even further. And who knows? Erogenous zones differ from one person to another, so you might even discover new ones!
