Shipping policy

During the Canada Post strike, all orders will be shipped without interruption using private carriers such as Purolator, Canpar, or UPS.

Delivery is only available to addresses within Canada. You can choose in store pickup or home delivery.

A daily pickup on weekdays is made by our associated carriers to ensure that your parcels are delivered as fast as possible. All the details are below. We value the privacy of our customers.

That's why all our deliveries are discreet. Our shipments are packed in a neutral box, without any logo or company name.

 

Same Day Delivery

Same day delivery is available in the Greater Montreal area for orders placed before 11:30 am ET. As of 11:30 am ET, this option is unavailable for the rest of the day.

The shipping rate is $18. All orders placed after 11:30 p.m. will be sent by standard delivery. 

Same day delivery is available from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) and is based on eligible postal codes. The option will appear at checkout only if your postal code is eligible for this delivery method.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery (2 to 7 business days) is offered free of charge for all purchases over $80 before taxes.

For all purchases under $80, a fixed price of $9 will be charged.

 

Express Delivery

Express delivery (1 to 2 business days) is offered for a fixed price of $18.
